She currently serves on the Board of Governors at York University, the Diversity Institute Advisory Council, and the Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub Advisory Committee. Her past board appointments include the Toronto Police Services Board, the Canadian Association of Police Governance, the Ontario Task Force on Women and the Economy, and serving as President of the Junior League of Toronto. She is also the former President & CEO of the Black Business and Professional Association (BBPA), where she led a transformational era for the organization—expanding its national presence, elevating its public profile, and driving systemic change to advance Black economic empowerment in Canada.

Nadine has participated in multiple United Nations convenings and has spoken at the last two official sessions, addressing critical issues including artificial intelligence, women’s entrepreneurship, and economic power for women of African descent.

She is a sought-after speaker on topics including diversity, equity and inclusion, nonprofit governance, marketing strategy, and women’s entrepreneurship.
