Our Story:
Boss Women began with Nadine Spencer’s journey into entrepreneurship at just 12 years old. Without knowing it, she mastered the principles of marketing, product differentiation, and customer engagement. Entrepreneurship gave her freedom and opportunities—and now she’s sharing that gift with other women. Boss Women exists because we believe entrepreneurship is the pathway to equity, empowerment, and financial independence for women worldwide.
