About Us

Boss Women Entrepreneurship began with a bold vision; to transform entrepreneurship for women facing systemic barriers, especially Black women, whose voices and talents are often underrepresented. Our mission is simple: empower women to succeed on their terms.

We provide programs that amplify women’s contributions to the entrepreneurial landscape while embracing inclusivity. Through mentorship, training, and a thriving network, we’re creating pathways to success for all women—because breaking barriers is a collective journey.

Our Impact

For over 11 years, even during some of the most challenging periods for entrepreneurs, the Boss Women Training Program has been a steadfast source of support. Through our virtual training program, women have expanded their networks, accessed a range of private and public resources—including tools, funding, and more—and sharpened their entrepreneurial skills.
